Made a few additions to collection over the past month
Scored a Doctor Who Season 4 set and Luis Buñuel's Diary of a Chambermaid(Criterion Edition) for on ebay.
Found a complete Mike Tyson's Punch Out for NES for $2 and a Amazing Spider-Man
VHS with the first 2 episodes from the 60s' series for $1 at a local thrift store.
On a recent trip to Austin I spent about $60 at HPB on the following:
Star Blazers Series 2 & 3 VHS sets (this was my favorite show as a youth, I already had Series 1)
The L Word Season 1
Aqua Teen Hunger Force Volume 1
Iron King - The Complete Series
and a "Grab Bag" box of 60+ VHS tapes.(it was only $10)
It was a decent mix of tapes. The best movie in the box was Office Space.
I took the box up to a consignment store where I have a space
and have them priced at $1 each. I don't really care if they sell,
I mainly took them up there to watch during my shifts.
Next I'm in Austin I'll probably buy another box(or two )
I've got a few DVD sets on the way from my recent ebay binge:
Magilla Gorilla, Hong Kong Phooey, and the Bette Davis Centenary Celebration Collection, a 6 DVD set which comes with All About Eve, Hush... Hush Sweet Charlotte, Phone Call From A Stranger, The Virgin Queen and The Nanny
