i have a few old comics i originally bought.my best one is the boris karloff thriller#1 .my question is can i take these in hand somewhere to get graded.i live about 4 hrs. from slc utah on one side and reno nv. on the other.i dont have a scanner and i dont have the funds to send in to be graded,would be cool though.thanks,Bill

Well, CGC is HQ'd in Florida, and PGX (*snort*) is based out of (a guy's house) in Oregon, so there really isn't another viable source.

If you have any local comic book shops nearby you could take them there and maybe they could help you out.
