DeadOne (7/2/2009)
DeadOne (7/2/2009) Anything else about the hobby that you don't like so the rest of us who haven't been around as long don't piss you off.
Here I'll change it:
Is there anything else about this hobby that youmay notlike so the rest of us who haven't been around these boards as long as you, Mr. Universal Soldier sir, should know so we may avoid a similar MasterCPU type situation?
Dude, don't be a tool. This has nothing to do with me. Don't blame me for calling attention to his restoration techniques. If you want to purchase amateur undisclosed restoration be my guest.

Yet another lie. I disclose everything so what are you talking about? Sure 3 hands down the road that might happend, but it shouldn't matter who restored it right? If stamping the inside cover RESTORED was acceptable I would do it. You can play coy if you want but its obvious you linked it to stir up crap cause you dont like me and or restoration so I see how you are. I thought you were a nice guy but I guess I was wrong.

3 hands down the road might be me. Please don't take this personal Mike, it really has nothing to do with you.

So, who is MasterCPU's shill account on this forum? He has been caught over at CGC using a shill, why not one here?

I didnt need a shill account here because people are nice here. I was getting too much negativity at CGC and I had too just to be able to post. Guess that ruined too now so thanks slym I really appreciate you pointing that out. This crap should be directed to mean people not nice guys doing stuff for free. I just dont think I deserve any of this and that fustrates me.

MasterCPU called you out (in the title of his post, lol). The fact is MasterCPU pointed out in one of his previous threads that he had no need to post his stuff on the CGC boards because he knew the kind of grief he would get ... and so did you ... that's why you did it ... Not to draw attention to his "shady" work ... but to show that you just don't like it. Never once did you try to point us (those who don't know as much) toward somone who does quality work in restoration so we could see their examples ... but instead, you decided to point those who you knew would give him undo grief right toward him. This is not about restoration or what I would buy (but thanks for the permission) but whether or not we should be allowed to post what we want without the threat of retribution (not critiquing mind you ... oxbladder, I believe, did a nice polite critique). It was one thing to do it here, but to purposely draw those who don't care about this place here for an intended harmful purpose is, in my opinion, wrong. I believe you did that and you took an emoticon bow for doing it. I just hope you don't have a problem with Buffy comics or I'm screwed.

I'm not the one doing restoration, he is calling me out because he needs someone to blame. Once again I just posted the link.

Show me where I said that.

Never once did I say you "need" my permission to do anything. If you wish to continue to blindly defend what you consider an attack on a fellow board member, have at it. If you want to learn something about restoration, spend some time over on the CGC boards, it may open your eyes to a few things.

MasterCPU (7/2/2009) If stamping the inside cover RESTORED was acceptable I would do it. IMO, you should do it ... and so should everybody.
