Here a few of the top of my head, I'm sure this list is going to get lengthy.
Iron Fist #14 1977
New Mutants #98 1991
And some personal favorites:
Hellblazer #1 1988
Y the Last Man #1 2002
100 Bullets #1 1999
Fables #1 2002
Preacher #1 1995
X-men vol2 #25 1993
I'm sure I'll have to add more later when I get bored.

Go to the price guide and look up the major titles(Uncanny X-Men, Amazing Spider-Man, etc.), and you'll find that most of the keys are identified with a small key gif. If your looking for first appearances or deaths of certain characters, then you can go to marveldatabase.com or wikipedia and look up the characters. There's a plethora of information on both sites. marveldatabase.com also has info on the various teams.
A few issues that jump out to me:
Amazing Spider-Man #252
Secret Wars #8
Uncanny X-Men# 101,120-121,129,141,158,171,201,205,210-213,222,
244,248,267-268,282-283(I had a cheat sheet in front of me for the UXM)
The main thing is to collect what you like.

Good luck on Y the Last Man #1, its on fire these days. I've been trying to buy a nice copy on eBay for the last few months and haven't seen a NM copy sell for under $50, the copy I was bidding on yesterday ended at almost $90. I'm beginning to think finishing the run of Y the Last Man may prove harder than I expected.

I was just looking at the price guide, and there were no key gifs.
I guess they weren't carried over from CPG 1.0, which you can still link to from CPG 2.0.

Can't think of any that aren't subjective . Why not just collect what you like?
