Is there any hope of a movie as good as that trailer?
Seems unlikely

LOL!!

Give Hal a hand, huh? That issue was shocking and too freakin' short!! It's about to get real ugly in the Green Lantern Corps' universe. How long can the rest of the universe's heroes stay out of this one? If they intervened in the Sinestro Corps War, then they must intervene in this too.

I cannot believe what just happened to Hal!! His hand's gone! I guess he'll have to use a hard light construct from now on...but Larfleeze with access to the Blue Light of Hope? How? Because of his hope for his hunger to cease? Sinestro...Larfleeze...I'm sensing the recurring themes of redemption and reconciliation in Blackest Night. I love those themes.

Blackest Night is the best thing out there right now, Period.

Just read Blackest Night #1 with "the boy". It's a bit 'dark' and death-centric for him (second page - "Slurp!" - yuck.)... but he has been "dying" for this for months!
He LOVED it.

We only started with GL and GL Corps about 4 issues back, so we had to Google some history... but I think it was still a good start to the 8 issue series.

Oh please, you couldn't even turn into Bill Bixby.

Hey guys,

Did you guys check out Blackest Night: Tales of the Green Lantern Corps #3? They made R. Lee Ermey into a feakin' Green Lantern!! No that's so !!

AND THAT'S MY OPINION DOGFACES!! I loved Mail Call, and I am digging his new show Lock and Load.
