Per the Wonder Wart-Hog bibliography, it's supposed to be on page 288 of the Aug. 1962 (College issue), 3rd appearance of WWH.

Found my copy, definitely on page 288(splash page, but no new art)-289(1st page + article that continues on p. 341-343). Probably would be an interesting article to post from 1962, as it partly deals with one of the first Underground Comix characters before the first Underground Comix was printed the following year in 1963.
The listing stated no missing pages, sorry if your copy doesn't have them.
Interesting is the splash page (p.288) is a B&W version of the Bacchanal #1 (March 1962) color splash page (not the B&W redraw of the splash page that was in Charlataan #1).
