While we're on this topic...I'm assuming this "Tom" is the person I need to contact also? I want to change my billing from monthly to yearly. I emailed customer service a couple of times, but never got a response. Honestly, it kinda' irks me that, for a service funded by subscribers, the customer service is insubstantial. I understand that the site's staff may be small, but to paying customers, responsive customer service is not too much to ask for. It's a requirement. I'm not trying to come off as a jerk, but it's frustrating.

Actually..."Supercop" was incharge of membership finances....but he's recently had some major changes in his responsibilities on the police force he works for in real life...

Bryan is next in line...but he's getting married on Saturday, so I doubt he's going to be available for a few days...

The recent discussions were that it would fall into my field of duties just as soon as Bryan gets his honeymoon out of the way....

So...have a little patience, one and all...and we'll keep you just as happy as possible...

Shadow,

I have no doubt you did forward my request to whoever is in charge of taking our money and 'running' this site, but according to my CC company, nothing has been done and the charge still remains. I don't imagine it would be too hard to reverse a charge, but as these clowns cannot even return a bloody email who knows? A-holes!
