Did anyone else pick this up?

I read it last night and was really impressed with the Cannonball and Nightcrawler stories. It never ceases to amaze me how far you can move one character in 8-10 pages if your really trying.

If your reading the X-titles, this is a great read.

All the Marvel titles at my LCS were delayed for some reason... not sure if it was diamonds fault, UPS' fault, or whose, but I have to wait untill tomorrow to pick this up.

Just read it a while ago, and I was really impressed with the Cannonball bit.  I'm happy that they're finally giving him a bit more maturity again and not dumbing him down like he has been for quite some time.

I didn't realise this was issue #1 of 2 though until I bought it, so I'll be interested to see who is featured in #2 of 2.

ugh.  I got the exact opposite reaction after reading this.  I won't be getting the second issue, even though I did like the Cannonball story.

So issue #2 came out today.. anyone besides myself pick this up?  I actually liked this issue better, though I think thats simply because I liked the charactors more.  Either way I enjoyed the Havok, Forge, and Illyana stories as they all hint toward interesting plotlines in the future.

I picked it up also.

The Havok story was really annoying to me. I picked up the entire Emperor Vulcan mini and this one story had more of a resolution than the entire mini did. I am glad to see the plot thread isn't being dropped, but I want more than this teaser.

I enjoyed this issue more than the first one, for the same reasons. Better characters.

I am really looking forward to the SFX storyline now.
