Well I don't have a Comic Store Close to me so all the comics I buy are online. I am an older comic collector and have never bought new issues. I have been looking at some stores online to pick up and subscription and most seem pretty high. What is the Best place on the web to pick up a current subscription?

For an extra 30 cents they'll bag-n-board your new stuff in mylites, that beats trying to find supplies somewhere.

DCBS is usually cheaper than mailordercomics. My May order was about 25 dollars cheaper on DCBS.

In addition to everything head-rush has stated, DCBS's customer service and shipping practices are also top notch.

REALLY?!

I used for the FIRST time ever mailorder.com and thought it was excellent. Got 39 comcis bagged and boarded for about $90. Is it much cheaper than that? I mean if it's $5-$7 cheaper it ain't worth me swithcing over. But I just cannot believe the pricing. It's amazing.

I really feel bad about LCS but all he offeres is 10% off monthly pull. DCBS + mailorder.com offer 25%-38% off new stuff. Pluss their shipping is so cheap. I am keeping a small pull list at my LCS. It keeps me coming in to look through back issues and see what's new on the shelf.

I agree with everything that has been said here. I have been using DCBS for almost two years now. Their discounts are AMAZING!!!!! I don't think that there are very many new books that you will not receive at least 35% off of. Their shipping prices are great too. Now remember......that $5.95 price is only good if you choose the "once a month shipping" option. The price goes up if you want more frequent shipping. The customer service that you receive there is also top-notch. If I ever receive a damaged book all I have to do is send them an email and let them know within 48 hours of receiving my order. They have always replaced it for me with no questions asked. They just ship the replacement copy with my next order. Nothing but praise for this company. Plus.......they are located in my home state.

Should definitely check them out. A+++++++++++++++++ company.
