I have a couple of Walt Disney comics and Stories that are absolutely in mint condition. They came from Cherokee Book Store in Hollywood and were purchased in the late sixties. A trunk of golden age comics were found back then that contained a thousand or so mint comics from the forties. The issues I have are December 1949 and July 1945. I am thinking about running them on Ebay but have no idea what they are worth. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the books are REALLY that nice then your best bet is to get them graded by CGC first. Even though those issues aren't that early if they come back 9.2 or better they could fetch 5 to 6x guide.

Mint? Like a 10.0? Hmmm, in the '60s they'd call anything a 7.0 or higher "Mint".
In the 7.0ish range the '49 WD C&S is $50-75+
... the '49 is $90-$175
If they were really Near Mint (9.4), then about $300 & $600. (Triple that if CGC slabbed.)
If they were CGC certified as 10.0 (True Mint), they on a good auction day, either one should break the $10K mark and the sale would be noted in next year's Overstreet Price Guide. Might even hit CNN & Fox depending on who does the auction.

That's my guess. 40s Barks Ducks in 8.0 or better often sell for over guide. They are solid sellers in all grades 2.0 and above.
