Comix related films? Could you elaborate? Are they available anywhere if one cannot make it to Wisconsin?

It will be the first public showing of my Rand Holmes Retrospective film. A DVD of the documentary will accompany my Holmes book, which is due out this summer from Fantagraphics. I'll also be showing segments from "Neal Gaiman Live at the Aladdin" which I produced about five years ago for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. I think they still offer it at their website. Then there are several shorts I've made from my underground interviews to promote Rebel Visions. Since the folks at UWM were so nice to invite me to show my films, I'm also preparing some new material just for this event. Sure you can't make it?

At this time travel from San Francisco just isn't economically feasible with lack of gainful employment and whatnot, but nice to hear the dvd is included with the Holmes book which I have pre-ordered from Amazon. By then I'll have figured out a way to scrape together the $$$ needed for that tome. Would love to go to your lecture/show, but it just ain't in the cards this year.

I don't know how to post stuff here. There is one of the Fanboy cards on ebay now, though. If you do a search for "jay lynch". It isn't me that's selling the ebay one. It's a Garbage Pail Kids collector that's selling it.
