hi, i was wondering whats the customer service email?
i keep getting billed the yearly membership fee of $44 every month and dont know who to contact to help stop this and whether or not ill be reimbursed for the extra months

Click on the 'contact' link in the guide, and go to customer service. This requires microsoft outlook, so if you don't have that (like I don't have that  and I'm sure many others don't, should just be a normal email service)... anyway, if you don't have that I would PM an admin here on the forums (look at moderators at the bottom of the page). I'm sure Speedy-D would be glad to help you since he is on right now.
