Up to 386 now.

Picked up quite a few in KC today, including a few tpbs.

The trades are what really holds me back from finishing this set. Places like Mycomicshop.com want $20 for them and I won't pay that much for stuff I already read in pamphlet format. You can get them cheaper on ebay.com but the shipping is too much to the UK (average about $12 for a single TPB). On ebay.co.uk they often sell for quite a lot as I assume other UK collectors are in the same situation as me.

I can certainly understand about the shipping.

My sister goes to London a couple times a year.....maybe I can sneak some in a suitcase for you?

On the trades, I do spend to spend a little too much for them, I think.  With the exception of a couple of the travelers, I haven't paid more than 50% of cover.

I finally got a new scanner and Epson printer today so to test it out, this is the cover of the Sigil tpb#2, second printing that I have. I have to go back and check the database scan yet to see if this is the one we have on the site yet.

Ok,just checked and no scan and one listing for #2. I tried to scan #1 and 3 also but not satisfied with my scan for them yet so I may go back to the store tomorrow for Photoshop.

Thanks Rick. I have added the missing Sigil Tpb to the database so you can upload the scan when you want to.

Earl.

Thank you Earl. I just finished the upload. I picked up Photoshop Elements 6 yesterday so I could properly resize it. I have a feeling my upcoming vacation is going to be all the more interesting with more things to do for my favorite comicbook site.

Pulling some of these TPBs off the shelf I am noticing that the glue on the left edge of the cover is bleeding through with a dark strip. Anyone see this on the Crossgen books or is this common on other trades as well?

Wow...I see what you mean about the stains, Rick.

It seems like my Forge and Edges tpbs are the worst, but it is on a couple others I have, too.

I looked through a # of trades from other publishers, and I didn't see any stains like that.
