Deadpool would work him.  Not even close, because when it comes down to it, Boba Fett's just some dude with a jet pack and laser rifles.  Not even close.

Yup-yup!!

  Deadpool in one. Bobafett lays on the ground with his arms chopped off and shoved in his mouth, and a jet pack up his honk-honk, while Deadpool smiles for da ladies.

even if boba had two light sabers deadpool would still outmartial arts his a**. try to dodge a roundhouse with a 60 pound jet pack on and not fall over and deadpool is just flat out more agile. he could easily grab bobas helmet and twist untill his neck broke. don't blink or you'll miss it. ( and I REALLY LOVE star wars! )
