How do I tell the difference between A or not A?
Bottom left corner of A : "Not for Resale"
Bottom left corner of non A: Spiderman head
Bottom left corner of mine: A barcode
HUGE price difference between the two.

The not for resale issue was part of the Wal-Mart Spider-Man II (or III, I forget) movie pack offer and was about 40% the size of a regular comic.
Yours is what is called a Newstand edition as opposed to a direct sales (brick and motar comic shop) edition. No value difference between the two.
Where does he get those wonderful toys!

I researched it.. i didnt notice a difference in the 2 pictures. was wondering what the difference was. + the answer was given already?
