Thanks for the kind words guys. Here is my House of Mystery # 95. Interesting pick. I almost had to go into storage to get this one but luckily it is in my apartment.  Its not in great shape obviously, there is a sizeable tear on it. I graded this almost 2 years ago now so I'm not sure if I still think of it as a 2.5. You make the call.

2nd. I have seen worse 2.5's but personally I would give it a 2.0.

I struggle with them low grades so I thought it would be intersesting to see what others think. I've seen worse 2.0s on ebay too but I think this would be a 1.8 in my collection.
