Gilight (11/9/2008) Let us pray......Our father, who art in comics. Hallowed be thy pen. Thy miniseries come. Joeys will be done, On Earth as it is in the Marvel Universe. Give us this day our monthly pull. And forgive us our biatches, As we forgive those that hired Chuck Austen. And lead us not to DC, But Deliver us from that evil. For Marvel is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen. is this the prayer you were thinking about? I know....I'm burning in hell.

I still like CPG 1.0

My opinion is that version 2.0 the site causes far more of a waste of my time. I immediately blocked all the ads with adblock in Firefox. There is a reason Google uses text based ads. They have a quicker load time, harder to block and far less obnoxious. I like to view the covers for an issue to match which numbers I need. With the covers scan filling up the screen now I can't see the other issue numbers. I also have to click the close button twice to get the cover off my screen The extra clicks and wasted time is just annoying. Most of the cover scans I've seen are such poor quality that I don't even want to see an enlarged version.
Why are the buttons and graphics so large? A site like this should be streamlined and functional, not bloated and gaudy. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and I can honestly say I will be using the site far less than I was.
I actually set aside my boycott of the messageboard to convey how displeased I am with the main site.
Take care. Boycott reinstated.

Aphelion (11/27/2008) I actually set aside my boycott of the messageboard to convey how displeased I am with the main site.
Take care. Boycott reinstated. Now, all the pain from April has come back. Why always so defiant?
