a 9.6 w/ CR-OW pages? i was under impression that CR pages bump the grade down automatically...

| Hey, Eggs, did you get that other copy of SF #1 graded, the one you got a few months back? I was tempted to bid on that one, but didn't at the last minute.

| I returned that copy of SF #1 for a full refund. The seller said it was NM, but it turned out to be a 6.0 (on a good day). In regards to the CR/OW designation, a CGC 9.6 can have that with little problem, typically a 9.8 must have OW pages or better. There are a few 9.8's with CR/OW pages but they are few & far between. For example, the C#nt CGC 9.8 (File Copy) for sale at www.pedigreecomics.com would have been a 9.9 per CGC if the page quality would have been better.

i couldn't pass it up Is the book untrimmed and actually larger than a typical Zap #0 or does it just have a white border? Very very cool variant in any case.
