batfan (10/16/2008)
fantastic four 100- 4.5 (not worth grading)
fantastic four 116- 6.5 (probably not worth grading)
Iron fist 14- 9.2-9.4 (definitly worth grading )
fantastic four 58- 6.0 (i don't know if it is worth grading, probably not)
fantastic four 74- 6.5 (not worth grading)
are any of these trimmed?
Could anyone give me some insight into what makes a book "worth grading" with cgc?
TIA!

Reason for investment versus rate of return.
In simple terms, are you CGCing them in order to resell, or simply to preserve them?
If you want to preserve them, there are better and cheaper alternatives.
If you want to resell them, then you look at what condition, what cost to encapsulate and what potential they might bring.
Where does he get those wonderful toys!
I have yet begun to surrender.

Thanks. I tried to delete my post here as I started a new thread because I thought it might be beneficial for others in my situation. Evidently my delete attempt failed. Could you please post your reply on the standalone thread? Thanks again.
