There is no "Upload Scan" link beneath the image. I have five scans ready to upload, but there seems to be no way to do it. I've tried with three different browsers, on a PC and on a Mac. The link just isn't there.

In either 1.0 or 2.0...Open a title...At the top of the page will be a link to "Gallery"...within the gallery, if we need either an upgrade or a new scan, there will be an upload button beneath the place holder or bad scan. Click on that and follow the instructions...

In 1.0 you can also upload from the individual issue page...in 2.0 you can only upload from the gallery...

Pardons if this has been covered before - I have noticed, on my scanner's program, that I have the option of choosing not only the DPI setting, but they let me choose between "black & white," "photo," "magazine," & "text." I have found that choosing the "photo" option always gives the clearest scans while "magazine" and the others give me a somewhat fuzzy scan. So, if you have these options, fool around and find out which one works best, no matter what the option is labeled. (FYI, I use a Lexmark X75 3-in-1 printer/scanner/fax.)

Good one Slym. Just been messing around with my scanner and have found that I can resize the images too.

Can't figure out how to upgrade a scan... I followed the directions in a previous post, but I see no buttons in the gallery page.

Edit:

Another issue I am having is the scan quality. On my PC they look beautiful, but when I upload them they are horrid. Any pointers? I do not have software for my scanner, but I can select settings. I usually choose Photo and custom to 300 DPI.

Thanks

I'm getting an error that says "can only upload JPGs, please try again," but the scan I'm trying to upload IS a JPG, and it meets the size requirements. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've uploaded tons of picts in 1.0, but I'm having trouble with 2.0.

When I am in the gallery of any given title, I can see which covers are missing, but there is nothing to click on to upload a scan.  I am using 2.0.

Smattos,

Try doing the upload in CPG 1.0.....That seems to be working out best for the time being.

I've had No problems using a lexmark x1185, it's all-in-one center software is amazing almost as if it were built for scanning comics. walmart black friday special for 35 Dollars... Even a super hero can't defeat such a great deal. I've Gotta agree with the confusion though i was lost for about a week when i switched to cpg2.0 but the "View Gallery" Link WORKS JUST FINE! well that's my 2 cents.
