| Stay away from dodofive on ebay! He is supposedly a Power Seller! I purchase Forever People #1 from him on 26 August 2008, and paid for it on the same day. The payment cleared on 2 September 2008, but as of today I have received neither the comic, nor ANY communication from dodofive. Indecent. I contacted him on September 17th, 18th, and 22d, and I received no response. I filed a dispute on 24 September, and waited 24 hours for a response. None came, so I escalated the dispute to a claim 24 hours later on 25 September. Still no response. Doesn't he have big brass ones, then? This is no way to conduct business, and is to say the very least, unprofessional. I will never purchase from him again. Watch out. TEX

| Not that I'm defending the turd, but do not negate the possibility of some personal, tragic circumstance. Life has a way of showing it's ugly head at very inopportune times. Still sucks!

| UPDATE: Hey all, I appreciate your support ladies and gents, and I have an update. After I left the negative feedback, I sent the seller a final e-mail stating my disappointment. He responded! He said that he had received none of my e-mails. That means that he did not receive my 3 e-mails, the request for him to respond to the dispute, nor the request for him to respond to the claim (at least 5 messages total). I do not know. The seller seemed to not know what I was talking about. Does the ebay messaging system fail to operate properly for days at a time? Has that happened to anyone who sells on ebay? He asked me for my mailing address, and what book that I had bought. I would have thought that he would have that information already (I used the link in the listing "contact seller" to send the last e-mail to which he replied). He stated that he would look into it tomorrow, and e-mail me tomorrow night. What do you ladies and gents think? TEX
