stories were good for awhile and then they changed writers. Gail is back writing current issues but for how long I do not know.
Its kinda turned into a teeny-bop book but Hopefully she'll change the course its been going. The have a new person in the book thats in High school and they have spent to much time on her and she hopefully will die soon and be gone from the book. Black Canary left which made up a lot of good stories with her and Huntress. The title has lost most of its edge over the last year. It holds enough interest for myself to still buy.

| Yeah, it is so-so right now. I still like the series so I'm keeping it for now, but I wish it'd get back to it's core. It has a lot of part-time characters nowadays.

Azhag2 (4/10/2008) Yeah, it is so-so right now. I still like the series so I'm keeping it for now, but I wish it'd get back to it's core. It has a lot of part-time characters nowadays.
agreed.
The book doesn't have much direction not to mention the villains are weak and one could care less for. It's been a chop fest of stories since Gail Simone left the book. They could do some great flashback stories with Zinda but have only scratched the surface. They need to build the Huntress/Zinda friendship more like it was with Black Canary and Huntress. The writing for Oracle has become weak and wondering aimlessly, so I hope Gail Simone can right the ship.
