| I just picked up 89 bad girl comics from a friend. I gave him $25 for the lot. Mostly Lady Death, some Purgatory and Vampirella. Was it worth the money to fill in some gaps in I had in the series or did I waste the $ cuz "bad girl" books might never make a comeback?

| Dude let me tell you about Lady Death........ Never mind there isn't enough room on here to talk about it. Answer though, is $25.00 was good to fill your collection but resale value not exactly top market right now. I think Lady death has the most variants ever!! Jesse James

If you picked up Chaos and Harris publisher books, and not Avatar crap then you picked up some good books. These tend to hold their value as opposed to lose it. They will probably never appreciate much but the writing and art is pretty good from the earlier publishers.
Where does he get those wonderful toys!

| I would have offered more than that for them if they were mainly NM Earl.

| Definitely a good deal.....especially if they have filled some runs for you. It can actually be difficult to find some of the more mature type comics in bargain bins....stores usually have those where kids can get to them. I would say, as some others have, that resale isn't there for the most part, but if you don't already have them, and plan on keeping them, then a good deal indeed. I don't know if you really want to read them, but often times they are nice to look at.

Let's see 25 divided by 89, carry the one, minus shipping costs, times GNP of Cuba = I'd say it's a pretty decent deal. I mean we're talking .28- .29 cents a piece. Even if you were to have bought them the day they came out, you'd have paid @ or near cover price ( w/folder discount, of course). And, let me tell ya, unless every guy on the planet turns gay........there will always be a place for Good/bad girl half naked - naked comics. We'll always have the horny little kids wanting to sneak a peak!! If nothing else.
DON'T MIND ME, I'M JUST TRACKING DOWN THESE UNCANNY X-MEN COMICS!
