its not the same one...
DF variant has the UPC symbol on the cover.
and Marvel Box was moved around to make room for it.
About 1/2 the ones currently selling on ebay are not the true variant and are the DF or convention exclusive variants...the UPC on the cover is the key.....

| There are two ASM's, that's correct--the incentive comic and the Baltimore Comic Con exclusive. But there were less of the Baltimore Comic Con issues printed which makes them harder to find. (With over 100K issues sold of the regular Spidey, the ratio of the variant is much higher than the version printed specifically for the BCC ) The BCC issue is the key version.

Sadly i take Comicon exclusives with a grain of salt...
Unless its is some totally different "gimick" for the cover...
just slapping a lable on a already existing variant and saying its exclusive doesnt do it for me...
i just see them as 2nd prints of a variant...kinda like you get with Atomic Comics exclusive "variants" of the variant...
