Down to one now.   So close.......to my Looney Tunes run.   I grabbed this number 28 up as it is one of the harded to find issues for some reason.  Main flaw is on bug's foot.  Now I need to get the last issue I need, then start upgrading on a half dozen books.

Been super busy.  Got a new roof on my house now.  Building a new front porch in a week or 2.  Then I'll stop for winter.

I have been buying a lot of books on ebay lately and I'll post them as they arrive.  All Golden Age of course.......

I haven't had time to browse everyone's thread lately....but I will play catch up soon.  I hope you are are doing well and finding great new treasures for your collections.

Oh yessir!!

You have been closing in on finishing that Looney Tunes collection for some time, eh? I enjoy seeing my brothers close the loop on their collections!

Congrats on the new roof and front porch! Good to hear from you!!

Old style Bugs is cool.
And I like Mary Jane and Sniffles down in the corner.

Congrats on being so close to the finish line on the Looney Tunes run.

Seems like it would be a tough run to pull together. I don't envy that at all!

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback!!  There was a CGC graded Dell File copy of that Looney Tunes #28 up a while back.....but it just didn't really fit in with my collection.  It would have been the only File Copy and why get one random issue like that??   Cool....but too much money.

That tear bothers me on Bug's foot...so I may upgrade someday.....but this issue has been on my list for a few years.....and when you are soooo close to finishing........sometimes you just settle

Got these in the mail on Friday.  Very excited to have them.  Our Gang numbers 2 and 10.   Number 2 is the 2nd app of Tom & Jerry.  I already have number 1

That cat-like Tom is pretty cool, never seen him drawn like that before. Some great Walt Kelly stories in those O.G., I'm told. Congrats on a stellar buy & happy reading to ya!
