how closely is the comic value from this site to what you can actually get for them i added 7 comics so far and the value is 22.50 but im sure i cant get that much if i sell them right

it all depends on what the comics are. all guides are bound to be a little of on some stuff.

And it also depends on the grading, as well as where you sell, who you sell to, and what direction the wind is blowing on Mars......

As Bat said, all Guides are just guides, and not bibles.  You can use the values on this site as an approximation, but I recommend looking at what books have actually sold for to determine fair market value as opposed to 'book' value (which is what you get from a guide.)

Its only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and how much they need it.

Grading becomes a issue as well.

Figure about 60% of value to a collecture and 40% to a dealer.

Ebay and those sorts maybe 70% if your very lucky.

if your seven comics equal 22. thats about 3. dollars each so they are probably common.
