| Good reads there batfan...It's got to be bad when they hire a private investigator to pull the deed to your house (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA). I wouldn't say you saved the day...but you're definitely spreading the "truth". Just might have saved a few some grief. and don't fret King...I only like the "purty" pictures. I'll stick with the dollar mis-listings...for now.

Good reads there batfan...It's got to be bad when they hire a private investigator to pull the deed to your house (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA). I'm the one that posted that copy of the deed, not some PI. I also am the one that determined that Perry Stroud does not exist (of record) in the State of New York. Someone took the copy of the deed from an even earlier thread we had on the CGC boards of when I posted the deed.
