previews has Crossed 0-4 available...coming in June, i believe... I think i'm going to have to wait for the trade...my lcs closed up before it started..and now i'm cancelling my pull due to monitary reasons...Sucks..but I have a friend at work that is reading this and he says the book is giving him nightmares...now you know this damned thing must be good..cuz he can't put it down! either that or he's masochistic...lol! Any of you guys read DH's Soloman Kane? have to admit, was a pretty good read....not as gory as this is supposed to be, but had its points... Hey WOLFEN, How are you? Fine I hope. I'm sorry that you are canceling due to monetary reasons. I hope that things look up for you soon. Have you tried finding Crossed on ebay? If you don't get the variants, you can get them pretty cheaply I think. You might be able to get them from the same seller and combine shipping. Crossed is a great read. It is uninhibited,and horriffic, but I'm a newjack at the horror genre of comics, so I guess that I can be shocked rather easily. But ZombiesAteMyBrain likes it too so that's really saying something. | Thanks Tex... DH did a good job with Solomon Kane...so much so that they are bringing out a Trade with all the original stories...due out in July. was going to get it before the bottom fell out.. Oh well that's life...still gonna hit FCBD...and going to save for my zombie holy grail.."The Walking Dead Compendium HC"...Has everything up to the current issue..60.00 better than buying all the trades... and I'll wait for Crossed when it comes to tpb..but i will read it..oh yeah...that is too good to pass up...I still have my comic connection and he said he'll order whatever i need..

| Just read Solomon Kane #1. I'm not really familiar with the character, but it was enjoyable enough where I plan on picking up the rest of the series. Thanks for the tip Wolf!

Told ya SK was a good read...In a nut shell, he's a puritain who hunts evil...Kinda like a Jonah Hex of the Puritain age...without the scarred face, but with a blade and a gun.. Z-man..you been reading Atomic Robo? Tex you gotta read Atomic Robo...Laugh your B-hind off! check this out..my comic guy was able to get me an advance copy of the FCBD edition of ATOMIC ROBO...has two previews of two new books coming out, one is called Drones, the other is We kill monsters....look pretty good...The AR story is good too...funny... Also a new Atomic Robo should be out soon...Atomic Robo and the Shadow from beyond time... gonna have to wait for the trade... might have to sell some stuff to get some spending cash.. oh well...

WOLFEN (4/21/2009)might have to sell some stuff to get some spending cash.. oh well... Man, that sucks. Been there and done that .... twice over my comic lifetime. Easy come, easy go, and easy come again. Lots of cool stuff I got to check out now. Thank God for trades and a library that will order them for me.

I picked this up at my lcs; have you ever seen it before?
It's pretty interesting. I can give you a brief synopsis if you like. On the downside, I don't think a second issue was ever printed. It's a shame, it was a great read.

| the cover looks pretty cool. if I were to see that on the shelf I'd probably have to pick it up. Not sure who the writer is on Atomic Robo, but it's a great book. The art doesn't blow me away, but it's decent. It's just a really funny, action packed book that,sadly, not many people seem to know about.
