As of last night, Posts Since My Last Visit has stopped working again. I am still logged into the site but now pieces of it are failing again.

The Joker (8/15/2008)
As of last night, Posts Since My Last Visit has stopped working again. I am still logged into the site but now pieces of it are failing again. How long had it been since your last visit? It's working for me and the previous issues usually involved being "logged Off"....Hmmmmm

It worked Wednesday and not on Thursday. I went through the process again today after my post and when I came back everything was normal again and PSMLV worked just fine. Something is wonky somewhere, just wish we could pin it down.

Dang...Maybe it's your version of FF J/K!!!
I haven't had any problems since I made FF not remember my password...Something with that was screwy for me.
Marmat- Have you checked if there are any updates to your FF browser? Do you have any other programs attatched to your browser to remember the password?

marmat (8/15/2008) It holds a couple of days, but then I am logged out again....Same for me but that isn't so bad. When it was happening multiple times daily was the frustrating point.

The fix works but it only stays for a couple days... so basically you have to clear your internet cookies more often then people normally do... definitely annoying that this has come up...

For the people who are still getting logged out-
1) Your not clicking the 'logout' link next to your name when you leave the site, are you?
2) Have you checked if there are any updates to your FF browser?
3) Do you have any other programs attatched to your browser to remember the password?

The Joker (8/9/2008) Apparently you have a slightly newer version than the US as we do not have 3.0 yet.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.16) Gecko/20080702 Firefox/2.0.0.16
Funny thing though, now that I look at it, the revisions are the same date yet you have an 08 in yours, must be a downunder thing.
Shoot! I hate editing. Forgot to mention, third time here and it is still working for me.
Update your FF because it's out of date. I just compared mine with another version that is from the USA and it's got all the same stuff cept mine still says en-GB.

en-GB stands for English - Great Britain, and I just did an update search last week and nada. Mine registers as 3.0 through sites that recognize FF though. I am going to do some searching on their home site and see if it has come to their attention. But remember it has also happened on Opera also.
