Charges for air delivery and sends snail mail.Beware of varying shipping prices between what is stated in text of auction and actual shipping price listed. Most auctions require immediate payment so you can be sure that $$$ is probably not going to be refunded. Nice variants though

comics4less, slow shipping and doesn't disclose obvious flaws with book. I've bought from him twice (3 book set and a 2 book set) and while the grading has been somewhat close there have been issues with the books that aren't obvious in scans that should have been mentioned. Not the worst seller but certainly not great.
I take this all back. I sent a bit of a crusty email complaining about the grading and his lack of response to the 2 other emails I had sent asking whether the books had been shipped. I expected nothing nor did I ask for anything as I didn't really lose out on the deal. I probably paid slightly under grade. I guess I just wanted to complain more than anything. When I go home tonight there was an email from Paypal saying that he had refunded me $10 from the transaction. I've had nearly the exact experience. Bought an ASM #95 listed at VG+ and an ASM 98 listed as Fine Plus. Slow in shipping. When they arrived 3 days ago the #95 was as described. The #98 had a water stain on back, small piece of the back cover corner missing, and creased. Not a Fine plus. I e-mailed him stating such. He issed a refund and told me to keep the comic.

| Only 10 auctions deep into my ebay purchasing and I have my first dispute and claim. I don't think I'll ever purchase something from a user with less than 100 feedback again. No contact from seller or comic book received. I can't contact him because his account has been disabled from ebay (good sign....). Also there's half a dozen more people with the same issues with this guy. The comic in question is just a Cap #25 Wiz World LA Variant. Bought for 15.93 + 6.00 shipping.
