I'm no grading expert...but from what I do know about grading...I'd say...

Daredevil #7: 3.5

Hulk #340: 8.0...that scratch above Wolverine's head keeps it from being higher.

X-Men #213: Looks prime...I'd guess 9.0 - 9.2

thats not a scratch its not on the actual book i think there was a hair on the scanner.
