Any help with grading would be appreciated. I have only recently gotten back into collecting again and don't have the grading skills I wish I had.

DMS,

First, welcome.

Second, it is hard to grade your scan, as it is cropped so one can not see all the edges of the book.  It is also easier to grade when there is a scan of the back.

And, as I am older, a larger scan would be helpful.

From the limited study presented, it would suggest a grade of perhaps 5-5.5

I have a feeling that may well drop with a larger and complete scan.

Still nice to look at.....
