Hey Bryan, I'm a little confused why the Marvel and DC threads are way down at the bottom (ensuring less people will hit them) while the Independent Publishers are right up in the main area of forums? In general I think we may have more forums than are needed. At least they could use a little shifting around I am thinking to get the Marvel and DC forums getting hit more often.

| I don't know who added the new sections. There is nothing wrong with them in themselves but we now seem to have two competing systems. The old boards main forums were - Marvel Comics
- DC Comics
- Other Publishers
Another perfectly acceptable way of catagorising things is the new way - Gold Age
- Silver Age
- Bronze Age
But to have both methods avaliable on the same boards seems odd. If I want to talk about Amazing Spider-Man 150 do I post in..... Marvel or Bronze Age? or even Back issues? If I want to post about this weeks X-Men do I post in Moderns or New Comics or Marvel? etc. No big deal, just a little odd.

| I think you get my point exactly Earl. I am fine with the gold/silver/bronze forums for people to talk about issues or stories from that era but they also shouldn't be more prominent than major forums like the Marvel forum were on the old board. I think having the most popular forums in the top section and then the special interest ones in the second section would be the right way to organize. That way the most commonly used forums are the most visible ones.

I do this for my country, and I will continue to do so.” "They are blind to history's clear lesson, for history teaches with unmistakable emphasis that appeasement but begets new and bloodier war. It points to no single instance where this end has justified that means, where appeasement has led to more than a sham peace. Like blackmail, it lays the basis for new and successively greater demands until, as in blackmail, violence becomes the only other alternative." "Why," my soldiers asked of me, "surrender military advantages to an enemy in the field?" I could not answer. - Gen Douglas MacArthur

Personally I liked the older forum..We had a lot less areas to post in..Now things are spread out so much it's kinda confusing.
I think that Golden, Silver, Bronze, Copper, Modern should be placed under Marvel, DC, Underground, Disney Comics...Those IMO are more important.

One of the things I pay least attention to. I just hit the recent posts link and go from there. Only when I want to enter something specific in a specific forum do I use the main page.
Where does he get those wonderful toys!
I have yet begun to surrender.

So is this one dead in the water? I think we had a lot of people in agreeance that its not the ideal layout structure of things. What say ye Bryan? Difficult to change now?
