OK....first Requiem last week was good....and now Rogues Revenge another tie-in thats an awsome read...........it was a great issue.....as i said before...many times...and i will say again...many times......the tie-ins are kicking the crap out of the main event....and its sad...........
The Art and the way the story was told made what was presented seem beliveable.....even though after getting to the last pagesplash at the end......i was kinda bummed by the way the story is gonna go....im still looking forward to next issue.
**Spoilers................dont read any further if you havent read the book...**

Zoom has this idea that hes going to help him become who he killed.......to better himself....all the times he fought with Wally he was trying...in his own warpped mindset....make him a better hero...
Taken from Wiki just to give a better idea of who Zoom is and how he thinks...
"Transformation into Zoom
Hunter was severely injured in an attack by Gorilla Grodd in Iron Heights, when Grodd staged a mass prison break, and was left paralyzed from the waist down. He asked Wally West to use the time-travelling cosmic treadmill in the Flash Museum to prevent this from occurring, but West refused, saying that he could not risk damaging the timestream. Zolomon, feeling that Wally should be prepared to disregard such fears for the sake of their friendship, then broke into the museum and attempted to use the treadmill himself. The resulting explosion destroyed the museum and shifted Hunter's connection to time- described by Jay Garrick as him being 'derailed' from the timeline by the explosion-, thus allowing Zolomon to alter the speed at which he could move in time, giving the effect of super-speed.
Zolomon decided that West had refused to help because, unlike the previous Flash Barry Allen, West had never suffered personal tragedy, and thus didn't understand how terrible it could be. Zolomon decided that if he became the new Zoom and caused a great tragedy in Wally's life, this would help the Flash become a better hero. After borrowing speed from the other speedsters to even the playing field, briefly allowing him to match Zoom's near-light speeds, Flash succeeded in defeating Zoom, and prevented his former friend from killing his then pregnant wife Linda Park. However, Zoom's attack caused a miscarriage of their twin children. Thanks to Wally using the slight 'rips' in Time that were being created by the use of Zoom's powers, Zolomon was forced into a temporal anomaly- being shoved into the rift essentially tied a 'knot' in his timeline- and ended up in a comatose state, continually watching the death of his father-in-law."

it was cool...just can't wait for the next issue. This is a story that needed tieing up, and I'm confident Johns can do it in three.

Holy crap...How GOOD is this book?
I just read #2. And man.....Fantastic.
I can't get enough of this tie in. Too bad there's only one issue left...
Easily the best of Final Crisis so far.

Well the new Rogues were used for nothing but to show off how ruthless the Original Rogues are.
I look at Captain Cold in a whole new light after this issue. The part with his dad was just intense. Book is making him one of my fav Dc Villians. Well, one of many...lol...
But also, a lot of 3.99 books have no Dialog in them, just the art. Man, these 2 books take like half an hour to read a piece...lol. And it's written so good..
Geoff Johns. Woot.
