| I guess you have a few options: 1) Place them all the same way with covers facing the same direction, and the spines on the same side. 2) Place them all the same way with covers facing the same direction, but invert every other comic so that the spines alternate. 3) Place the comics so that the covers are touching face to face. So, out of the above options I have been using option #2 to avoid spine roll, which I think #3 could possibly cause, but not sure about #1. I tried #1 but the comics start going diagonal after about 12" due to the spines being thicker. Any other options that you guys use? GG

Option 1 with no problems which I am going to say is probably how most people do it.

| Do you use tape to seal the back of the bag? One concern of mine is the possibility of the tape leaving an imprint on the book behind it. That's why I try to use thinnest scotch tape I can find. GG

I've thought of that before GG also. But from what I can see the bag will protect against an imprint. You'd have to have them in there really tight for the tape to go through the bag and then imprint the book.

| Magazines are usually more prone to spine roll than anything else because of their thickness so I have odd numbers facing forward and even numbers facing backwards. I only use short boxes for comic sized books so I split them half and half with the front half facing backwards.

| On my moderns, I bag and bord 2 books to a mylar, so I get the alternating that way. Silver and Bronze are one to a Mylar. Either way, don't pack too tight and you will be fine. Note: I notoced my boards curling, both in the pack when thet are new (shrinkwrapped too tight) and in the shorts when bagged and boarded. Anyone else with this problem and how do you deal with it?

| Ring, Welcome back! Wasn't sure we were gonna see you here! Also great to see you actually POST something! Many of my backer boards do the samething. Some were so bad I found myself bending them prior to placing them in the bag. Out of the thousands of backer boards I ended up buying, only some did I find myself having to replace because the bend was so pronounced. Pack your books fairly tight and it should be ok. If over time, it is still a signfiicant problem, replace the board or perhaps try a thicker backer board.

| I pay enough for the halfbacks, they should work right the first time. I think it is because they are shrunk too tightly.
