Had the same problem...nothing was done about it...I still experience the problem too.

It happened to me very recently. I cleared my history and cache and cookies and when I came back to the boards, it would do this to me. I solved it by switching browsers. It was the only way I could get it working again, that and posts since my last visit, also.

Strange things happen around here.

I was using Opera, but switched back to Firefox. I know the site is optimized for B*LLSH*T, I mean Windows Explorer but I live without it.

I've tried it in IE and Firefox...different problems with each and just as fast on either...

Any issues I have with the site I attribute to the age of my computer and lack of adequate memory...

I really doubt it has anything to do with 'lack of memory' when this is the only site (for me personally) that has this problem. And for the fact others have the same problems tells me it must be something to do with the site in general otherwise no-one would be getting this problem. Not saying it's an easy to locate problem and most likely not really worth looking into because it happens to so few people but lack of computer memory would be causing other problems for your pc in general.
