| Both books are waaaaaaay overgraded. The VF+ sems a 4.0 to me, and the NM is a F/VF at best. The same buyer bought both books....fishy if you ask me

Then posted the pics to the grading section of CPG Forum http://www.comicspriceguide.com/boards/Topic24910-24-1.aspx . The concensus was 9.0-9.2 grade with mildly blunted right rear cover corners.
