| Hi Shadow, No disrespect intended toward you or your team. CPG has been a powerful and a much appreciated tool. And the work that its employees do behind the scenes has been getting better and continues to follow the market with impressive accuracy. As far as Dime Press #4: validation of the book as a comic book or not, as well the justification of its place in the comic collecting community, has been very lack-luster & scarce. Save for your recent comment here, my concerns about DP #4 to CPG "missing issues" had not been addressed in either old or new boards. Thank you, by the way, for clarifying those issues and misunderstandings. So, I'll continue posting the sales found on eBay (or anywhere I find them documented) here until I'm comfortable that there is a reliable scale of its values. And in hindsight, I should have chose my words more carefully. I'll try to be more sensive to the CPG team when I vent here on the forum. Sincerely, Dan

Not a problem... If it were just up to me, we'd include everything comic-related that I've ever come across... Thankfully...it's not up to me. But don't be surprised if the companion site doesn't show up one day...

| I was surprised by the $565 sale price. Now I guess the 9.6 copy will end around $1000 Option 1: this buyer really want the book and overpaid for it Option 2: this book is more and more considered by collectors a key scarce book and prices will continue to rise

| The anomaly is that movie hype normally stops two-three months before movie hit the theaters...Hellboy 2 premiered two days ago. I think I will sell my VF copy and keep the NM copy for my personal collection.

And its had nearly 1000 member hits! I expected it to top at arround 600. But then it went to 700 and I thought that was it...now I believe it has gotten ridiculous going from obscurity status to ...what!?!??!! I don't know. I only hope it can come back to a less spectcular price only so I can get another. At current demand I'd have to sell my TMNT #1 to get this.

| Incredible price, is it really worth it though? I was in themiox for a while with my maximum bid of $400, but decided that if it went much higher I would just spend the cash on a high grade SA book instead.
