tried finding a HON thread, but couldn't find it, so to you HON cabinet havers...
I have one, it broke, wanted it replaced, but instead get sent a replacement part, with no instructions, get help through customer service, can't get my shelf out to replace the assembly that holds the shelve, so, i'm stuck with a 4 drawer that's operating on 3. Just wondering if i can just insist that I have the whole thing replaced, and get it? When I got my original cabinet, it had a huge dent in the bottom, and they replaced that, so why not now? I realize that the dent was their fault, and they see this damage as being my fault, but I honestly didn't overload the thing, and it was the back crosstie that bent, usually it's the front if it's overloaded, so in all actuality, it could be a defect with the part.
