I am by no means an expert... but when I saw this, I just couldn't believe it. To me, this is just a 2nd printing. Your thoughts?

It's not a second printing -- it's the Canadian priced newsstand version. It would be of a lower number of the entire print run.

Friendly Andy is notorious for overpricing these types of books. He gets mocked over at STLcomics for his ridiculous prices.
