Ok, check this out.

All of these issues are wayyyyy under priced. You'd be hard pressed to find these issues in VG for $250.00. Good luck!! I'll take 'em all day long in NM for $250.00

Down below, is the only example I found, so far. These issues are extremely hard to find.

i find that price guides always underprice those types of comics. no matter which guide it is.
