Well.....I don't have any comics to post (no camera at the moment). But I figured I might as well post something that has to do with what's going on in my life right now.

Not sure how many of you remember this, but my motorcycle was pushed over on me last year. I've just now had the opportunity to have it worked on. It's being rebuilt at this very moment. I figured that I would post some before and after shots of it. I had to have it worked on after it was pushed over. These are pictures that I took right after I got it back from the mechanic. I will shoot some pics of it after it's done. Let me know what you guys think.

Before pictures:

"There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die."
- Raoul Duke(Johnny Depp) from "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas."

Tex,

I forgot to put that those are pictures of the big BEFORE I sent it off to the shop. I'm still waiting for him to put it all back together. Sorry for the confusion.

I have recently received some comics in the mail and need to get some pictures taken and thrown up on here. And from my previous posts, you can probably tell what they are going to be of.......

Well bleep me.

I didn't even look at the lower side. I really like the front/side profile of the bike and how she sits on the tires; my attention was focused on that. Now I see those scuffs on the sides. Sorry for not paying attention. Now I remember you posting these pics before too.

So when will you get her back?

It's cool man. It happens. I ain't mad at ya.

I'm not sure how much longer it will be until I have her back. Hopefully it will be before it gets too incredibly cold to ride 'er. I went for a ride on my g/fs bike the other day.......that was a HUGE mistake. I was tripled layered and still freezing my a$$ off. lol It's all good though.

Current Update:
My bike has been painted with its first coat. Now waiting for it to be sanded and hit again with the second coat. Still needing to buy all new stainless steel hardware for it and a few extra pieces here and there. After it's all done at the body shop I'm going to take it to have all new decals put on. They will all be custom fabricated and should be one of a kind after it's all done with. I will keep you guys updated.

What up, what up, what up folks? (That was my rendition of Porky Pig's signoff. Pretty good huh?)

Riiiiiiiiiight. Anyway..............I've been out of the comic buying loop for quite awhile now. Been busy with other matters at hand. I did however find this nice little oddity at the local HPB the other day though. I thought that I would share it with you all to see what you think.

I guess you would consider this an early "Star Wars" graphic novel. It's basically the whole "Star Wars: Return of The Jedi" story put into comic book form. The book's as big as a novel would be, and it was shelved with all the other "Star Wars" novels. I've never seen this before. And I'm kind of curious to know if they did the other two stories the same way.

These are the last Ebay purchases that I've made. I've just now found time to get around to them.

Ghost Rider #1 (Marc Silvestri Sketch Variant Cover. 1: 30)

New Avengers #54 (Convention Variant Spotlight Edition)

World War Hulk #1 (Diamond 25th Anniversary Retailer Incentive Cover) w/Certificate of Appreciation

Fear Agent #22 (Tony Moore Variant Sketch Cover)

And received these with my latest DCBS order:

OK! That's all I've got for now. I'm trying to get "back in the game", but I'm finding it harder and harder to do.

So........until next time.

bobafettesb out!!!!!

Heeeee's baaaack!!

The Mater of the sketch variant has returned to wow us once more. What's up you big ol' pimp?

Sweet covers as always. That Fear Agent cover is my favorite. What is Fear Agent? Is it tbased on the Anime that used to come on Cartoon Network?

I'm not really sure what Fear Agent is all about. I just really liked the way the cover looked.

-----"It stars the rugged alcoholic Texas spaceman Heath Huston, the supposed last Fear Agent, in a series of fast-paced adventures. The series is notable for its emphasis on action, adventure, horror, and plot twists rather than realism or scientific detail; Remender claims in the first issue that "science fiction has lost its stones" and that Fear Agent is his attempt to fight that trend. Many incidents in the early issues are unexplained until many issues later to reinforce this."-----

So pretty much it's about a drunken spaceman that fights aliens while drinking whiskey?
