Hello, this is most likely something easy that I'm missing, but I don't see
how to add multiple copies of an issue. I tried checking the box beside
the [1] and hitting add issue, but the count remains [1]. Any help would
be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

There are actually two ways to add multiples of comics.
1st you can add the comic, then go to my "insert appropriate whoever" collection and click on the issue number there is a field in there that allows you to change the number of issues owned, unfortunately they will all have the same grade.
2nd, and this is what most people do, check the box next to the issue and then go back to the top and click add issue(s). Then you just go check the box and click add issue(s) again, as many times as needed. Then when you go to my "insert appropriate whoever" collection, you will multiples of that issue and you can grade each one.
Where does he get those wonderful toys!
I have yet begun to surrender.
