Its been too long since I showed you guys were my money went. A recent trip to my local used book store nailed down this little batch of treasure.

Cost me $37.50, cover price on these is $77, so I'm pretty pumped for the deal. Also, if you haven't read these shame on you.

Then I added even more books to my Marvel Graphic Novels run. This run is moving along, but getting my hands on issue one has proved to be a pain.

I finally sealed a deal I have been working on for a few weeks. Picked up 6 silver age uncanny issues. I don't normally pick up duplicates but when extra copies of #14 and #28 fell into my lap, I had to go after them.

A copy of #13 with stunning color, the image doesn't do the comic justice

An extra copy of issue #14

Another issue I was missing, #16

Crossing this one off the list, although the condition isn't great

Another duplicate, #28

Also a duplicate, but a serious upgrade in condition from my other copy, #37

So honestly the question is, do you think it was a good deal for these 6 for $65? I felt good about it, just wondered what you guys thought.

Also, if anyone has an duplicates of issues I'm missing, I have these copies of #14 and 28 to trade, let me know.

Hey brother!!

How in the world have you been?!! I hope that you and yours are well!!

I think that those comics are, like Ali would say, "So pretty!" LOL!! Thay really look great; can't take my eyes off that #13!! 2d app Juggernaut right? #14 is the 1st app of the Sentinels, I think. #28 is the 1st app of the Banshee! All those nice looking early UXM comics for $65?!! Key issues!!

OMG.

Did you put a gun to the seller's head man?! That is an absolute STEAL!! You came out on top of that one!! Well done! Enjoy!

3 you needed, 1 big upgrade, and 2 duplicates (giving you 3 total for trading power) all for $65.00 ... I'd say that's a good deal. Congrats.
