Hardly anyone collects comics anymore? Especially not in the UK!!

Well I have moved desks in the last few weeks and the guy opposite collects Dark Horse Star Wars Comics and the guy next to him collects DC, Marvel and some other stuff. I just upgraded 10 of my 2000 AD comics from a guy just 10 feet away from me at work.

Finds occur in the strangest of places.  It is uncanny how life is.  Good for you, I hope you are able to do more upgrades like that.

I don't know anyone that does read or collect thempersonally. thank god for this forum..

I just got into them cause of the art, love drawing, then the stories were so good, too. But yeah..sometimes it feels nerdy..lol.

But, yeah..comics rock. Specially the really good ones.

Yes, when I first started working at my job, I thought no one collected comics anymore (at least people around where I live). Untill one day I caught a couple co-workers talking marvel. Since then we have started almost a brain-trust of comic knowledge since I'm mainly Marvel some DC,the othe guy is Image/Vertigo and the other guy is DC/Marvel.
