RENEGADE PRESS
Renegade Press produced comics between 1984 and 1988. The company was started by former Aardvark publisher Deni Loubert. CPG currently lists 237 Renegade issues.

My minor collecting goal is to complete all the independent publishers from the 80's.
Renegade Press is one of the better publishers from that decade.

My major collecting goal is always DC and I'm 79 issues shy of completing DC in the 80's.
On the topic of Renegade they published the majority of the Ms Tree run, finished normalman and Neil the Horse, and released Silent Invasion. Renegade was one of the interesting mid-80's publishers who didn't just offer more of the same old superhero comics.
One thought I just had is that at the moment that Marvel and DC stopped publishing most of their genre series (western, war, humor, mystery etc..) is also the time that these other publishers came along to try and fill some of those gaps.
