I joined the main site before I signed into the forum...I liked the idea of keeping all your comic books in track with a system but then felt keeping them online wasn't the option for me. I am old skool..I keep it all in a book and I'm rather content keeping it that way...If I'm without the net I can easily look up my collection.
Also I didn't notice there was a forum until later on.I was in the need of a new forum to post at and thought a comic one would be fantastic.
