SA comics 9.4 (non-CGC) Seems spot on.

New Hot comics seem way off. Some new books catch fire, and it seems to take awhile for CPG to catch on. (Grimm was like this, and some of the Hot Star Wars stuff and Walking Dead) I remember Walking Dead being $100 and CPG still had it at $18.00 !!

I know it is hard to stay on top of things, but someone should stay on top of the current HOT lists.

And everyone should remember, this and any other guide is just that. A guide.  It may not reflect market value in YOUR area.  Some books in my area fly off the shelves and sell out, while the same book in Ohio may sit there. (for example).

Books are at a value that holds dear to each collector.  I mean Fuj might be willing to pay more for an X-men book, while Murray might pay more for a Batman.  Market is relative to the buyer.
