I found this local collectibles shop where this guy had tons of long boxes full of old comics in the back of his store. His AC was broken so it was really hot, and I didn't spend as much time in there as I could have, but I'll end up going back tomorrow or sometime this weekend to do some more digging. My first trip I ended up paying $50 total for the following:

That's a nice pile of comics.  173 is now a semi-key. The cover shows Stane taking over Tony's company. That happened in the movie, although not at all like it happened in the comics.
