Justice League of America (1960-1987)

The greatest superhero team comic book of all time (in my opinion)

261 issues plus 3 annuals and the 3 Brave and Bold tryouts for a total of 267 for the set.

How many do you have?

My totals 256/3/2 for a total of 261 issues.

Hmmm.

I have 156 issues. Funny thing is I started working on a full set of this title in the 1980's and kind of got side tracked along the way. I don't own many more issues of JLofA now than I did 20 years ago.

Always hands down probably my favorite book. Being an old guy, I remember as a kid actually looking forward to the summer mtgs of the JLA and JSA. Used to ride my bike to the corner store and hope hope hope it was still available.

Well, I have all but 12 of these. Missing the first 6 and then 10,11, 14, 15 and 17 and 18. Nothing below fine with 95% of them VF or NM. Issues 21 and 22(the first mtg) are Fine+(drat).

The first issue I bought myself was 195 with Killer Frost and the secret society of super-villains.  Other favorite covers include 16 (cavern of the deadly spheres), 72 (Hawkgirl and the salted Hawkman), and 110 (the murder of santa claus 1973.)

The last 5 issues I need are 3, 4, 5, 11 and 12.  I also need Brave and the Bold 30.
